Japanese arcitecture is some of the most fascinating. Definately cannot wait!

Sapporo is different from most Japanese cities in the fact that it is based on the American grid system and the streets are much wider, but you still have all the traditional neon lights that make Japan so colourful at night, and the night-life in Susukino is pretty cool too. Sapporo is a long way from Tokyo though so if you want to go it's best to fly, I went by train as I had a JR railpass (a 10 hour+ journey).
