BBC News : China shuts 'orgy' hotel

A group of about 400 Japanese men, ranging in age from 37 to 16, flew into the city of Zhuhai, in the southern Guangdong province purely for sex at a hotel, reports the Beijing Youth Daily.

On one of the nights the men had nearly 500 girls brought to serve them, the papers say.
The event coincided with the anniversary of Japan's occupation of northeastern China of 1931 - still resented by many Chinese.

"Japanese people deep in their bones look down on Chinese people," said one posting.

Some called for a boycott of Japanese goods.

Hotel employees however told Chinese reporters that Japanese tourists regularly came to their hotel for prostitution services, indicating the date was a coincidence.
