I work for the Aussie Red Cross Blood Service. O- is the Universal blood group. Anyone can take 0- blood in an emergency etc. O+ is the most common blood type about 40% of Australians are 0+...O+ are universal donors, but O- have the hardest time of all blood groups to find a compatible type.
