Chinese Word For The East Asian Region

What is the Chinese word for East Asia? And is there a title found among the languages of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean that universally refers to the East Asian region?

It's 東亞 in Chinese, and it seems to be the same in Korean. It's essentially the same in Japanese also, except with a slightly different latter character. So, 東亞 is universal here for East Asia.

And now truly universal since it can be used as written in Japanese, too. .

What does that translate to? How do you pronounce it in romaji?

And this refers to China, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, and Taiwan, correct?

    Which is it?

Dongoneyafour or Dong ya? And what's the difference?

And is it the name for China, Japan, Korea, Tibet, Mongolia, and Taiwan?
