    Holy crap. That's insanely twisted. I'm surprised the U.S. let that slide when it "guided" their constitution.

    2008, huh? Yeah, the jury system is a bad idea, but somehow I feel safer with a jury than a judge. Then again, I've seen juries make the most idiotic decisions on Earth. Quite the conundrum.
