Actually I think the term 歡迎"學習漢語 or中文" is better. This is because� 語 means the national language of the country. So for the Japanese their � 語 is Japanese, for the French their � 語 is French and for the Australians their � 語 is English and so on...

I prefer 欢迎学习中文/, 漢语because literally 中文 means the Chinese literature/language where as 普通话 literally means common language.漢语 means the language of the Hans which is another good choice in my opinion.

Keep giving me ideas and helping me out, I will update once I get a lot of idea.

The simplied version is the same correction but in simplified version, you can type it up yourself?
