Second of all, for my actual question, would 向看過“李小龍傳奇“的人 be a valid way of saying "to anyone who's seen 'The Legend of Bruce Lee?'"

Finally, to anyone who's seen the show, is there any reason Blair (布萊爾) always calls him "Bruce Lee" (布魯斯・李), but everyone else calls him 李小龍?

I guess you can forget about that last question -- Blair isn't the only one. It seems to be all of the English people who call him that.

布魯斯・李 is his English name .and 李小龍 is his chinese name.
